All units are on ground floor level including one (1) only wheel chair access unit that is available by appointment only.

When you arrive at the front entrance you will find security gates for you your car and your peace of mind.

There is a pool surrounded by lush gardens and sails for sun protection if necessary. There are security cameras in place for the protection and assisted safety of children in the pool as well as cameras to monitor your second most valuable asset your car.

There's an undercover B.B.Q. Area with stainless steel B.B.Q's and a stainless steel B.B.Q. bench top to assist with the cleanliness in this area. This area also has darts and quoits for a bit of fun while enjoying a few drinks and a laugh with dinner or lunch

All the parking for the units is secured off street and there is room for a couple of boats

Fresh linen is supplied to every unit on request at a minimal cost or you can bring your own.

There are no phones in the units to add to your peace and quiet. However if you are combining some business with pleasure, or you are an oversees visitor, we have Broadband Internet available in all units for your laptop, or if you forgot your laptop, we have a computer installed in an area for easy access to your email ,or loved ones at home at a minimal cost.

The units are 2 blocks from the city centre, 2 blocks from main beach and opposite the Bowling Club.

There are 8 beaches in the area and 5 Clubs. most beaches are walking distance, and all clubs have buses to pick you up and drop you home if you care to have a few drinks

There's numerous day trips available or if you decide to stay at home and watch T.V. there are 12 channels available including Austar in your air/conditioned unit.
